Job Club offers an introduction to using e-mails, writing a CV, job search training, interview techniques and how to use the government gateway website. The Job Club is available to all our clients and our ultimate objective is to equip them with the skills and confidence to obtain employment and become more self-sufficient.
The club provides the opportunity to access learning and training, gain nationally recognised qualifications through courses at local educational providers and attain the skills and confidence they need to secure employment.
To deliver this initiative, we have forged strong partnerships with educational providers such as Eastleigh College of Technology and Sparsholt College.
Working in partnership with local companies, the Job Club also runs frequent training in interview skills and techniques, including mock interviews, to prepare clients for returning to work.
