Our direct access services are the first port of call for many people experiencing homelessness, social isolation and the impact of poverty within the City of Winchester. Services range from meeting the most basic of human needs in terms of bathing, laundry, clothes, and warmth, as well as a nutritious and hearty hot meal, our Support, Change and Aspire programmes, allow people to access all levels of help, from learning, advice and therapies right through to housing, qualifications and employment opportunities.
We are a hub of support and opportunity for all who visit.
Our dedicated, professional, and experienced staff offer support back into housing, keeping a home as well as a wide range of advice alongside signposting to our partner support agencies many of whom are based at Trinity throughout the week.
We have a team of homeless healthcare professionals that offer GP and nurse appointments, chiropody, dental care and optician appointments.
Our opening hours are for all visitors are Monday-Friday 8.30am–4.00pm and for those that are experiencing homelessness are Saturday mornings 9.00–11am for a home-cooked hot breakfast.
