Big Sleep Out 2018 – In Pictures

Over 200 people enjoyed a night under the stars to support homeless and other vulnerable people in Winchester on Friday 11th May at Wolvesey, the Bishop of Winchester’s grounds.

We are still counting up how much money our fantastic participants raised, but we anticipate that so far over £30,000 has been received – all of which will be put back into Trinity’s wide range of day services supporting some of the most vulnerable people in the city. Trinity Winchester to benefit from Fulflood Charity Ball

Fulflood Charity Ball moves venue and will provide breakfast for homeless

Trinity Winchester is the chosen charity to benefit from the fifth Fulflood Ball, taking place at Winchester Guildhall on Saturday 14th April. The Fulflood Ball, organised by a committee of local residents, combines a spectacularly fun-filled evening for the community, with raising money for local causes. (more…)

Local young women to share their experiences of Eating Disorders at Trinity Winchester Event

Trinity Winchester’s Eating Disorder group will be welcoming two speakers to their meeting on 19th July to share their stories of recovery. Trinity runs two monthly groups, one for those struggling with an eating disorder, and a support group for friends and family. This event will see the two groups come together to hear how other people have overcome their eating disorders, and how to prevent and cope with relapse. (more…)

Big Sleep Out Raises over £30,000

Trinity Winchester’s unique fundraising event, the Big Sleep Out, has raised over £30,000 to date. On Friday 5th May, 200 people bedded down in the grounds of the iconic Winchester Cathedral to raise funds and awareness for local homelessness charity Trinity Winchester. Participants built themselves cardboard shelters to sleep in and raised sponsorship for taking on the challenge of sleeping outside for the night. (more…)
