Day Services

Our direct access services are the first port of call for many people experiencing homelessness, social isolation and the impact of poverty within the City of Winchester. Services range from meeting the most basic of human needs in terms of bathing, laundry, clothes, and warmth, as well as a nutritious and hearty hot meal.

Our Support, Change and Aspire programmes allow people to access all levels of help, from learning, advice and therapies right through to housing, qualifications and employment opportunities.

We are a hub of support and opportunity for all who visit.

Our dedicated, professional, and experienced staff offer support back into housing, keeping a home as well as a wide range of advice alongside signposting to our partner support agencies.

We have a team of homeless healthcare professionals that offer weekly GP and social prescriber appointments alongside monthly dental care appointments.

Our opening hours are for all visitors are Monday-Friday 8.30am–4.00pm.

If you would like to find out more about our service or you are concerned about someone who is homeless or about to become homeless please call 01962 622220 or email admin@trinitywinchester.org.uk

We partner with Winchester City Council and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner to provide morning and afternoon outreach.
